Tekisha LeeCEO

Our Founder, Tekisha Lee, started DiverseNote and DiverseNote Mobility to increase opportunity within all communities to have access to affordable, high-quality higher-ed and career opportunities within high growth industries. To improve economic outcomes within communities that lack access. Tekisha is a Howard University alum. She started DiverseNote and DiverseNote Mobility from her experiences in higher education and throughout her career, noticing a need for career mobility in early career and executive-level positions.

Tekisha has led national and international workforce and economic mobility initiatives for the U.S. Dept. of State, U.S. Social Security Administration, U.S. Department of the Interior, and other Federal and state workforce organizations, as well as private sector companies.

Since our start, DiverseNote Mobility has provided training programs and technology to increase and track career mobility, partnered with leading organizations in education, as well as with employers that seek to increase all-inclusive diversity and progression across teams. To date, we have served over 10,000 students and have a network of over 4 million students and families that have participated in free programming.
