Hospitality

The foundation of hospitality management is comprised of customer service, a concept shared by all segments of the industry. Different segments of hospitality include client service processes, customer care, call centers, food and beverage, lodging, travel, gaming, and other areas.

The DiverseNote Mobility program in hospitality management has a focus on understanding the foundation of the industry, as well as the foundation of technology and hospitality management. Students will obtain skillsets and nationally recognized credentials that are in demand by employers.

establishing a foundation of the industry,

obtaining skill sets and nationally

recognized credentials that are in

demand by employers.

Upon program completion, students take the ServSafe Food Safety Manager exam.

  • 70 Instructor hours
  • 30 Lab hours

Schedule Options:

  • This program is available in person, online, or as a hybrid program.
  • Meet 3 days per week with Morning (9 AM-11 AM), Afternoon (1 PM-3 PM) or Evening (6 PM-8 PM online only) schedule options.
